Raggle Rat Terrier / Beagle Hybrid The Raggle is not a purebred dog. It is a cross between the Beagle and the Rat Terrier. The best way to determine the temperament of a mixed breed is to look up all breeds in the cross and know you can get any combination of any of the characteristics found in either breed. Not all of these designer hybrid dogs being bred are 50% purebred to 50% purebred. It is very common for breeders to breed multi-generation crosses. "This is Rooie, our Raggle that we recently lost. This picture was taken when she was four years old. She was an outstanding dog. Her parents were purebred Beagle and purebred Rat Terrier. Rooie was the perfect family pet. She was great with children, all people, cats, and dogs. She never got too big-- only around 20-25 lbs. She was active and playful, but not hyper. She was highly affectionate and loved to cuddle. She was also very versatile and would be happy and on the best behavior no matter where we went. All of our friends and family loved this dog... she will be greatly missed."
